• All students are required to be at the venue during MIST hours. If a student cannot attend any portion of the tournament, he/she must submit this Absence Form with appropriate documentation attached to it. Possible scenarios for which this form must be submitted include:

  • Arriving to the venue later in the day

  • Missing a workshop

  • Missing a competition a student is registered for

  • Leaving early:

    • If a student wants to leave the venue at any time before the day’s activities end, a coach must sign the student out with Security. Students will not be able to leave without coach approval.
